At Eviture you will work as a consultant in interesting projects at a wide range of clients. We work with some of the most interesting and exciting clients in Sweden and beyond. We have been doing this for 25 years, mostly outside Sweden and are currently establishing ourselves in Sweden again - where we once started.

Some of what you will be doing
- Analyse customer needs and collaborate with developers, business partners, architects, and other groups to understand requirements and identify technical and functional needs of systems.
- Design and writing easily readable and understandable clean code with a clean architecture.
- Delivery of software using DevOps "you built it, you run it!" mindset including driving continuous improvement of the same for better quality, performance, functionality, cost effectiveness, etc.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions and contribute to relevant communities and bodies
- Working collaboratively in a distributed Agile team and contribute to the Agile team norms and coding standards, software design best practices, and architecture strategy.
- Continuously reflect upon how our clients are doing things and where they can improve
Profile
We are looking for those who are flexible and able to balance between company internal and customer interests. Having a customer oriented attitude is in your nature. You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and is great at communicating, both when it comes to technical details as well as business needs.
You are a team player with a positive mindset with curiosity and drive. You care for empowerment, inspiration and a “can do” attitude in the agile team to complete each sprint as planned. You are passionate about technology and loves developing software applications. You enjoy working in a mature agile environment.
You are curious and likes to continuously develop and improve yourself and your own knowledge, trying new things to be on the leading edge technically. You also likes to support and help others in the team(s) with their own development.
The role
The Product Owner is responsible for what, why and in what order something is done by the team. You will be working closely with the customer and to build the team backlog and make sure all stakeholders have regularly updates about the team's progress. You are responsible for ensuring that context, goals, scope, and product domain is understood by everyone in the team so they can deliver the intended customer value.
You will together with the Scrum Master act as a central connection point for the team and help to solve problems and impediments on all levels - team, customer, delivery, and company. You will also participate in activities related to way of working, requirement work and be part of driving change in your area.
Requirements
- You have experience working as a product owner, or similar, in high performing, cross functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience leading a software development team
- You have experience of working with CI/CD
- You have a technical background and experience of working closely to the technology
- You have experience from inspiring, motivating and supporting teams to get things done.
- You know what it takes to build and maintain large scale services including challenges in development, processes and operations.
- You can translate knowledge and experience into user stories and prioritized backlog items
- You are good at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders and customers at all levels as well as comfortable in facilitating and participating in architectural and technical discussions.
- You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.
- Fluent English, in both oral and writing
