For Business Tech product teams Customer Data & Engagement Engine we are looking for a Technical Product Owner building the next generation of customer data apps and loyalty engine for H&M Group.
This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to the Product Area Manager for Customer Engagement, within the Customer Domain at Business Tech.


Job Description
As a Product Owner for Customer Engagement, you will have a strategic and technical-heavy focus when building a loyalty engine that differentiates H&M Group’s loyalty from our competitors. The loyalty engine will cover customer data, activity, and transactions on a global scale. This means that you will have to be highly analytic by making use of AI, data, and brand DNA to form a personal and relevant customer experience.
Your daily responsibilities are to define the strategic vision for your team and create a product roadmap based on a deep technical understanding of the market, insights from your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products.
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
Set an ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to key stakeholders and the product team
Understand technical requirements and contribute to helping software architects/tech leads prioritize backlog.
Work with other product owners, backend developers, UX/UI, Data Engineers and actively understand their work.
Responsible for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Own and maintain the backlog while prioritizing the day-to-day work of the product team based on the given targets and KPIs
Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their product
Work closely with Product Design to Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design



Qualifications

Technical background working with CRM/hybris in retail/ecommerce or relevant industry.
At least 5+ years of relevant design experience in digital products, specifically in consumer facing mobile and web applications
Experience leading product related to loyalty engine or huge customer data is a big plus.
Understanding of Backend systems and cloud-based technical solutions
Understanding of CRM, large databases, transactional systems, Customer loyalty platforms.
Proven track record of strong salesmanship, stakeholder communication.
Strong agile mindset and skilled in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow ups with cross functional teams.
