Our client is now recruiting a Technical Product Owner. This is a permanent position at our clients site in Uppsala.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Service and relevant stakeholders to understand and anticipate Serviceability (both hardware and software) needs on multiple products and translate them into requirements
- Define product requirements – writing and prioritizing use cases.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize feature development, support execution plans following the hardware and devices roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering managers and leads, product managers/owners, to ensure execution of the backlog.
- Interact with and motivate Field service engineering teams across multiple locations and harness their high energy to deliver on Serviceability requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Foster a culture focused on transparency, speed of decision-making, and a synchronized partnership within product teams.
- Facilitate the resolution of issues, risks, and challenges that surface in the development process
- Operate in a highly matrixed and globally distributed organization and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Your profile
You have a BS/BA in and engineering discipline or a closely related field. Your expertise comprises Product/Program Management from large-scale, complex and cross-functional programs integrating hardware, software and controls. Furthermore you have a demonstrated experience running projects using agile development principles, with knowledge of industry standard tools and best practices. We also believe that you have experience with using metrics and data analysis to support or drive the right or most beneficial process improvements.
The ideal candidate feels confident in the role as a Technical Product Owner, has good negotiation and relationship skills, both in directing the technical team and ability to manage and reach solutions to competing priorities. You have demonstrated experience facilitating dynamic meetings, coordinating among high energy participants and directing towards productive results. As a person, you are an ultimate team player with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to adapt to change and proceed on decisions made with varying levels of uncertainty. As our client Vattenfall operates in an international market, the position requires fluency in spoken as well as written English. If you know Swedish, it is considered a merit.
