At the department Autonomous Systems (EA), we are developing the transport solutions for the future. The teams at Autonomous Virtual Testing (EACV) are contributing to the development of autonomous transport solutions by developing visualization tools, automated test pipelines and large-scale simulations. The product area
Our visualization tool is being used for giving a visual representation of the autonomous vehicle system for:


• Embedded developers during development and debugging
• Safety drivers in order to operate the autonomous vehicles safely
• Future bus passengers to help them understand the intentions of the autonomous vehicle

The role
Your time will be split between the role as a product owner and the role as a C++ backend developer. As a product owner you will be responsible for defining the product vision and setting up the product roadmap. You are accountable for aligning the roadmap and solutions with our users and stakeholders requirements. You will own the backlog, translate customer requirements into user stories together with the team and communicate our commitments and deliveries to managers and stakeholders. As a C++ developer you will be responsible for developing and deploying high-quality software using modern tooling, frameworks and processes.

The team consist of highly skilled people working with both frontend design and development in Unity3d as well as C++ backend developers that integrates with the autonomous vehicle software stack. 

Qualifications
We are looking for you who is a pragmatic and humble technical leader with an open and collaborative mindset and willingness to learn. We like you to feel responsibility for the deliveries of your team in close collaboration with the rest of the organization.

To succeed in our team we believe you have


• 2-3 years’ experience as a technical product owner
• 2-3 years’ professional experience of C++ development
• experience, understanding and interest in CI/CD using Gitlab
• worked in large software projects
• Enjoy complex problem solving

It's meritorious if you know C# and have experience from developing in Unity.
