We are working in a global environment and you will have contacts from all over the world both inside and outside R&D. The role involves close cooperation with our colleagues in the bus commercial product planning department to ensure that needs and strategies are met by executing the projects in the product roadmaps. It is important to challenge our way of working and you will provide ideas to make our work even more efficient.
Your profile
You are driven, flexible, positive and you really enjoy to work with others to come to a common understanding. You always find a way forward and you have no problem to anchor cross-functional decisions.
You are very good at simplifying, illustrating and communicating and one of your favourite activities is to make clear and self-selling presentations. A sense of order is necessary to be able to document and organize information in a smart way.
You probably have a background in engineering or in the marketing area.
Good knowledge of English, both written and oral, is a requirement. Swedish knowledge is not mandatory but it will simplify your daily work in the office.
