We're now looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join our Customer Success department and be a part of our Product Specialist team. As a Technical Product Specialist at Teamtailor you will work closely with our customers and provide technical guidance and expertise on the use of Teamtailor's software and how to work with external integrations. You will be the link between our customers and cross-department internally.
We are looking for a passionate person with technical capabilities to help solve complex technical challenges for our customers. You will be a Teamtailor expert, but also an expert in the tech stack of our customers, ensuring Teamtailor runs seamlessly with our customers' other core systems/integrations.
You will work with customers and colleagues all over the world, you will master our product and help our us to preach Teamtailor 🙌
As a Technical Product Specialist at Teamtailor - you will 📝
- Assist Customer Success and Sales with product technical support and assistance
- Create and maintain relevant documentation and develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product technical support activities.
- Be the bridge between the Sales, Customer Success, and Product department
- Support with APIs, BI-systems, SSO & general technical cases
- Project leading technical cases, both internally and externally.
- Supporting customers with custom integration setups
- Work with supporting to evaluate complex customer problem, identify root causes and derive resolutions.
- Play an active role contributing to product training processes, product documentation, technical webinars, etc.
