Position Description
Technical Product Specialist, Wheel Loader and Articulated Haulers – Uptime Support

Position Description.
In this position, you actively support appointed dealers in their daily product support towards end customers. In this position you will be in Sweden and requires frequent travel within region Europe and international.
In this position you will: travel, learn and share by:
Contribute to maximize uptime by supporting our dealers with technical solutions based on your product experience and/or our data and systems
Identifying product quality issues and address them to Technology via product maintenance process
Conducting regular documented field visits including field technical follow-ups on solutions, as well as trouble shooting activities at dealer’s or customer’s site
Delivering market feedback to our Technology department for new product development.
Leading technical meetings with dealers
Proof reading of technical documentations
What you bring along …

Interested to quality tools and working with the machine data.
Good communication and networking skills.
Positive mindset.
Fluent spoken and written English and French is a plus.
Ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-border organization.
Willingness to travel frequently within region EU and international.
A University degree and/or corresponding working experience in the industry.
