Description
We are looking for a driven, service-minded and customer focused Technical Products Support Engineer – specialized in PC Software to one of our clients in Mölndal. You will be part of the advanced robot product support team who are responsible for resolving various technical issues reported by the customers. The customers are within the company and the department offers technical information regarding the products or the applications throughout the organization and the best way to use them. You will work with the internal global service function with international customers and be provided with the possibility grow and to take the next step in your career. As your responsibilities contain different issues and customers, both within Sweden and abroad, your days will be varied. Furthermore, you will also be provided with the benefit of travelling to meet the customers and help them to solve their issues. You will also be provided with training and educational courses to advance as an expert.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person with a university degree within Computer Engineering or equivalent experience. You are specialized in PC Software. A couple of years of work experience from any of the following: robotics, RobotStudio, Rapid, .NET or Process Simulate are beneficial.

As a person, you are a driven supportive team member with great communication skills who always has the customer in focus when it comes to solving the support cases. You will be responsible for advanced technical support cases; therefore, project management skills are beneficial in this role.  Combined with experience from a service-oriented profession, you might be the one we are looking for. To suit the service-oriented role you need to be quality conscious, analytical and solution focused.
