About the position: 

With the target to develop vehicles with robust EMC performance, the team has end-to-end responsibility, from design requirements to verification of compatibility and compliance for trucks and buses. The goal is to meet the future electromagnetic performance demands of our products.  

In the role as an object leader, you will: 


• Coordinate and find solutions to ensure we have the right abilities on time to cover our continuous product introductions. 
• Lead the development of our internal processes and align them with other departments. 
• Take the lead in our sprint planning. 
• Take the lead in several cross-functional teams and forums. 
• Create wide networks among several departments, external partners, and other brands within Traton, where you are the link between our devoted engineers and project lead. 

About you: 

You have an engineering background with a passion for electronics and an interest in technical project leading. 

You have an electrical or mechatronic background. 

You pursue change with curiosity, trust, and a can-do attitude. You find it contributing and developing working closely with different competencies in cross-functional teams. 

Building and sustaining different working relationships come easy to you. You feel secure in your communication style and are perceived as clear and listening.
