Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Technical Project Engineer to join our Skellefteå team.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include:
Manage, support or coordinate Quality projects related to infrastructure, operational aspects, installations or method development
Prepare reports for project status
Follow up actions and mitigate risks
Understands and involves the key actors to involve team and expedite resolution of issues
Coordinates with internal and external teams
Analyses opportunities for optimization, time, cost and resource saving in work and material flow in Quality
We believe that you have:
Qualifications/education/experience
Degree in MSc in relevant field
1-5 years of experience in project management
Leadership and coordinating skills in a highly flexible and frequent changing environment
Exceptionally good negotiation and problem-solving skill
Knowledge of quality management systems, e.g. ISO 9001, IATF16949, TQM
Project management skills and a successful track record
Optional skills
Project Management certification (PMP, CPM or similar)
Experienced in problem solving and process optimization
Experience with lean six sigma projects
Knowledgeable 8D and Quality trouble shooting tools
Specific skills
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
Highly organized and results driven
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
Advanced experience with MS Office
