Technical Project Leader to Svea Solar

ABOUT THE ROLE   

As Project Leader, your mind is set to be our guiding star in software development projects.

With your agile skills and technical experience, you will identify problems and solutions. Working with a focus on our front-end projects, you will have an important role in creating a flawless first impression with our customers through our website and app. When efficiency opportunities occur, you will take the lead. Since you will make sure we all move towards the same goal, you will both coordinate and communicate our projects and how we work.



Some key responsibilities: 

- Facilitate meetings and all things related to our agile way of working 
- Communicate our goals, ensuring everyone knows what to do and where we are going 
- Be the voice in communicating with Product Owners and other stakeholders 
- Take ownership of the backlog with the Product Owner, and be responsible for related processes 


It's about always pushing forward, aiming for zero-emission, and wowing our customers with outstanding technical solutions in their everyday lives. And for all of this, you will play a key role and face some great and exciting challenges on the way. 

 

WHO YOU ARE       

With a history as a software developer, you have moved on to be an excellent technical project leader with a great understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. 

You are passionate about helping the software teams succeed, by planning and coordinating projects and sprints, and creating an open environment with your colleagues.



We believe you have: 

- Experience from working as a developer 

- Demonstrable history of influence, leading and coaching colleagues in agile projects 
- Expertise with agile methodologies and software development tools 
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
- Preferably an MSc. or BSc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
