Some examples of your responsibilities:
- Technical advisory to customers and colleagues
- Planning and managing customer projects
- Create and distribute surveys in Netigate based on the customer's needs
- Implementation of custom solutions and integrations (such as API)
- Guide, educate, and hold training
To fit in the role, it would be great if you:
- Comfortable in Excel
- Are a skilled project manager
- Have a good understanding of API
- Have experience with SPF/DKIM/whitelist
- Are fluent in both English and Swedish
If you, in addition to the above, are a team player, good at problem resolution, are service-minded and customer-focused you might be the perfect candidate!
