About this opportunity
Welcome to Release and Change Management team in Engineering System. We add value by securing that our releases are of high standard and our DevOps teams are equipped with all the tools and best practices needed to maintain best-in-class services for our customers. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing state-of-the-art release management execution processes that support speed and agility which will be key to the success of our DevOps strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and be fully responsible for the Release Management Execution for Projects in Nordea
* Develop and Improve the process so it remains relevant and aligned with Nordea DevOps strategy
* Plan, implement and maintain software release deployment pipelines for exciting digital banking solutions
* Introduce and drive Release Management Automation for Projects in Nordea
* Support development teams with CI/CD pipeline creations
* Drive the adoption and implementation of the release process across the bank
* Collaborate with our business, development, operations and infrastructure teams in defining purpose fit processes
* Gather insight from Release and Change Managers to develop and improve the process
* Provide training and coaching support to different teams in project
* Provide visibility to stakeholders, auditors and regulatory authorities when needed
* Ensure that the Release process is embedded in other delivery models (SDLC)
* Follow up and identify weak areas for improvement
* Define and continuously optimize our continuous integration/deployment pipelines and processes across both our legacy and new digital solutions
* Automate mundane activities throughout the delivery and deployment pipeline to ensure efficiency and reliability of our deployments
* Operate and facilitate systems and solutions, and support in incident resolutions as 3rd level support for in house developed release plugins

Your experience and background:
* At least 3 years’ experience working in large company as a technical project manager
* Experience working in an agile DevOps setup
* Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS, MS Azure)
* Familiar with on-premise, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS setups
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Confident working with Project Management tools. (Jira, Confluence)
* Experience working with ITSM tools (HELIX, ServiceNow, etc.)
* Excellent knowledge of ITIL and SAFe methodologies
* Knowledge of release orchestration tools will be an advantage (XL Release, Terraform, etc.)
* Fluency in written and spoken English
