Capgemini is growing and is now looking for a Technical Project Manager to their office in Malmö. As a Technical Project Manager at Capgemini you will become part of a dynamic team. Along with talented and experienced colleagues, you will be able to develop yourself in your professional role. You will be involved in driving and coordinating activities related to IT infrastructure for interesting customers of varying sizes.

Your work assignments
As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for driving different project within the IT infrastructure area. A typical project could be rollout of a client platform, Life Cycle Management project or implementation of new infrastructure.

Your background
To be the independent Technical Project Manager that we seek, we believe that you should have at least 5 years of experience working in this field as well as experience of driving projects.

You should have a relevant education and it is an advantage if you have worked as a consultant before. MCSA/MCSE certifications is a strong plus. It is also a strong advantage if you have experience of working with IT outsourcing. It is important that you communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Your personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is driven and structured in your way of working and with a genuine interest in IT. It is important to have good interpersonal skills, to be able to listen to customers input and to be able to explain your thinking for both technicians but also for the management. For the role, it is also important that you are self-motivated, social and communicative.
