Job description
Do you have an engineering background and a keen interest in and experience of the MedTech industry? Are you structured, a team player, and enjoy project management? Then the role of Technical Project Manager may be ideal for you!
The task involves being part of the project to upgrade a specific instrument in the existing automated production line by incorporating more advanced and higher-capacity equipment.
This role involves being responsible for planning, estimating, coordinating, and communicating work within the scope. It also includes performing risk assessments, participating in agile meetings, and creating project management documents.
As the Technical Project Manager, you will also be responsible for the production upgrade project, which involves establishing user requirements specifications, coordinating with equipment suppliers, conducting proof of concept work, developing test plans, and leading the ramp-up for the module. Additionally, it is important to coordinate environmental, health, and safety work.
Responsibilities
• Plan, estimate costs, coordinate, and communicate work according to the defined scope.
• Collect internal requirements as input for the operational requirements for upgrading the Robot and Transport system.
• Establish user requirements specifications.
• Lead the process risk assessment.
• Identify, communicate, and lead work with machine and equipment suppliers.
• Coordinate the layout with the related equipment and Facility department.
• Lead proof of concept (POC) work.
• Develop test plans and present results.
• Coordinate Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) work.
• Lead the ramp-up for the module.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the MedTech industry.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Required skills include strong communication and teamwork.
