About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our Product & Development department. The primary focus of this department and the role will be to oversee the development of our home energy solutions, including batteries, EV chargers, and solar.

You will focus on integrating new elements that complement our existing product offering by adhering to existing standards and requirements. It is your job to work cross-functionally within our organization, gathering both input and internal requirements. You will bundle and translate these into external functional requirements for possible suppliers. Finally, you will coordinate the entire integration process, continuously updating and communicating with stakeholders.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, establishing budgets, and setting timelines. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure that projects and product developments are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for communicating progress and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include: 

- Identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Monitor and report on project progress to relevant stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities


- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in hardware and embedded software development
- Manage project documentation and record-keeping
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and tools




What we would like you to have

Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have:

- 5+ years of experience in project management in a technical environment
- Good understanding of product development within the energy sector
- Experience in hardware/mechanical & software development development


- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Previous experience in the development of batteries or other energy storage solutions is an advantage

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships with external partners and vendors
