Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Technical Project Manager to join our Skellefteå team.

As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the technical scope, having functional responsibility of requirements, management, design, development, and ensuring safety as well as certification approvals are met with the right quality of the quality control instruments, tools, equipment, software and methodologies.
Key responsibilities
Support and drive Quality Control projects, technical requirements, scope, issues, and project documentation to ensure safety & product requirements are met.
Support Quality Control department in Customer project reviews and audits.
Deliver the project scope through cross functional development and track of the cross functional project timelines and budget.
Meet Quality Control schedules in reference to manufacturing project timelines.
Report project progress, including milestones and obstacles.
Report to internal steering committees for the projects, product boards, change control boards, technical discussions.
Facilitate communication and clarification of technical requirements between customers and Northvolt's internal and external stakeholders.
Interact closely with different engineering teams, business development, quality, industrialization to reach project goals.
Capture Lessons Learnt to address critical issues and prevent repeated mistakes.
Requirements
BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or similar.
Project leadership experience in is preferred, preferably in scale up industry.
Experience in relevant laboratory environment in relevant industry is preferred, preferably in Li-ion materials, Pharmaceutical, Food and Paper industries or Automotive Industry.
Experience in multicultural working environment is preferred.
Experience as Project Manager or similar is preferred.
