About a Technical Project Manager role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the development of a new range of heating products that enhance our current lineup, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire product development process -encompassing hardware, software, components, and manufacturing. You will gather input and internal needs, translating them into functional requirements for potential suppliers. Additionally, you’ll coordinate the integration process, providing regular updates and clear communication to stakeholders.
A key aspect of your role will be cross-functional collaboration, working closely with the hardware R&D team in Helsingborg, the software R&D and procurement teams in Stockholm, the factory in Poland, and external suppliers. You'll ensure smooth progress on all fronts. Your main objectives will be to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables, establish budgets, and set timelines. By working alongside engineering and design teams, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and that stakeholders are kept informed of all developments.
Frequent trips to Stockholm and Wroclaw may be required to ensure effective collaboration and project alignments.
What you'll be doing as a Technical Project Manager
Manage complex product development initiatives from early idea through to launch and installation in several markets.
Identify and address project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Plan and oversee testing and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors as necessary.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in hardware and embedded software development.
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Support the development and implementation of project management processes and tools.

What we’re looking for in a Technical Project Manager
Extensive experience in project management within a technical and manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of product development in the energy and heating sectors.
Proven ability to manage projects involving both hardware/mechanical and software development components.
Proficiency in project management best practices and tools.
Excellent skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
