Northvolt is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Software & AI team in Stockholm. You will be given the opportunity to be a part of enabling the factory of the future in addition to forming the future of smart batteries.
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience in managing the coordination and requirements of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. You have experience in working closely together with product owners, stakeholders, and developers. You are an efficient communicator and get's motivated by providing structure and predictability to the developer teams as well as stakeholders.

As a Technical Project Manager will work closely with the developer teams and provide structure and clear timelines to help in planning sessions to ensure delivery in time.
The ideal candidate has experienced intense software development scenarios with multiple stakeholders and timeline dependencies, ideally within the automotive environment. This role demands intense attention to detail and superior communication and interpersonal skills to bridge an international team across a broad geographic area.
*Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
Responsible for cross-functional managing projects, timelines and track progress on projects focusing on software development and implementation.
Responsible for both long term and short team project resource planning and project prioritization within Software &. AI team.
Responsible for project budget follow up within Software & AI team.
Responsible for active involvement and participation in reoccurring Northvolt technical program design reviews with Northvolt main program management team.
Responsible for the implementation and coordination of reoccurring project follow-ups and steering group meetings.
Responsible for securing cross-functional project continuity and sharing project information within Factory Controls and Material Flow engineering team.
Responsible for enabling cross-functional integration to Northvolt digital team to define project interfaces and delivery responsibilities.
