Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your Technical Project Manager expertise in a new cutting-edge field.

We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and motivated Technical Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background, with a team playing mindset.
You will manage the technical scope of parts of projects or bids ensuring the delivery of an accurate and competitive solution or proposal in line with the standard solution and commercial strategy.

You will be the one that will provide the Project Manager or Bid Manager with the estimate of engineering effort needed for the project execution or bid preparation.
Part of your responsibility is also coordinating the deliveries of one or several work packages within project, while coordinating, from a technical point of view, the bid internal stakeholders and the external stakeholders of the case, to ensure overall understanding of the bid technical strategy including scheme plans, bill of quantities, migration strategy, etc.

Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to deliver great results to your current and potential stakeholders in a predictable and controlled manner while having some fun on the way. We are an experienced team with diverse backgrounds that look forward to your contribution to our palette of competencies.

Your responsibilities will also include:
Negotiate with the Project Engineering Director the allocation of the technical team in line with the project or bid needs e.g., expertise and timing.
Support Project or Bid Manager during the negotiation with the Customer, identifying any technical change during that phase.
Ensure a smooth handover with the Project Engineering Manager

Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Master’s in business administration and/or master’s in project management and/or master’s in Science (desirable)
Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view.
Hands-on experience on functional or hierarchical team management
Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership)
Decision-making ability
Analytical and critical thinking
Problem-solving ability
