What do we do?

We deliver expertise within Electrical System Design, Mechanical/Mechatronic Design and Project Management. Our customers value our involvement at all stages and all levels, relying on our input for ideation, design and production.

Our expertise covers everything from high voltage energy storage and delivery to complex CAN systems, embedded software to cutting-edge autonomous tech, prototype CAD to hands-on cable harness development. There we lead and develop from start to finish.

We are now looking for a Technical project manager that can be part of the future development team. You will work closely with our customers or internal projects in your area of field. You will collaborate together with other functions to get the right balance between the projects.

You and your skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical /Mechatronic/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with engineering work or/ and technical project management (Embedded Systems, Wire harness, Battery systems, HVDC, Energy, Defence etc)
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a project manager including delivery responsibility, resource balancing and change management.
• Have a trak record being structured and orderly
• Proficient oral & written communications skills in English. Swedish, or willingness to educate yourself in Swedish, is a big +

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Lead governance of assigned projects
• Experience from managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in Technical Project Management, Agile, financial knowledge (budgeting, cost, resources etc.)
• Visual planning
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Project, Teams, Excel, Word etc.)
• Current or previous experience working with Atlassian Jira and/or other agile PM tools.
• Current or previous experience within Mechanical CAD (Catia, Solidworks, CREO, NX etc)
• Current or previous experience within Electrical CAD (E3 Zuken, Saber, Altium, OrCAD AutoCAD etc.)
