Engineering & Supply Business Unit High Speed separators is responsible for executing customer projects for Brewery, Beverage, Edible Oil, Biopharm & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar, and Dairy.
Engineering & Supply is a competitive project organization that delivers both standardized products as well as customized HSS systems that ensure optimization of each customers separation demands.
About the job
To meet the customer and market demands we need an additional member to our project execution team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the completion of customer projects.
Projects general include but are not limited to: engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing of process module and start up. Size and scope of all activities depends on customer contract and stakeholders. In this role you have an overall responsibility to manage and ensure the projects are delivered in time, within budget and with the correct scope. Due to the size of the projects you will handle many projects at the same time.

* Motivate and drive project team
What you know
* You hold a degree in Engineering at university level.
* You have several years’ experience working with technical customer projects
* Proven experience from project management
* You are good at and like managing inter-personal relationship combining good technical skills with good management skills
* Your work approach is constructive, structured and systematic
* You keep a strong perspective and focus on solutions. You are able to make decisions quickly, negotiate and also say no when needed.
* You are a good communicator
