Dfind is now looking for a Technical Project Manager for a consultant recruitment for one of our clients in Lund. Consultant recruitment means that you initially will work as a consultant for Dfind for 8 months, with the ambition to thereafter transcend into an employment with our client.

Your experience

Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar in the Telecom industry within s/w issues, hardware, RF, protocol stack, certification, and mechanics

Experienced in reading & discussing & investigating operator specification/requirements

Experience in working with at least 3 Tier1 operators in EU

You are use to act as main interface/customer and partner contact

A test department exist but this person must be able to help and do some of the testing

Experience in being responsible for prototypes and commercial units

Within projects, you know how to

• assign, organize and manage project resources
• plan, estimate and handle daily steering within projects
• perform follow-ups and continued checks
• secure customization quality
• handle risk mitigation
• define deliverables
• Handle requirement and implementation
• producing project plans, budgets, risk lists, status reports and final reports
You are fluent in Swedish, English and preferably some other language for example French or German

You as a person

You are senior in your role as a Project manager. You have great drive to move projects forward, are a fast learner and like to work both self going and as a team. You also have great communication skills which means that you can communicate with all levels of an organization and enjoy doing so. Some of your foremost strengths are your organization skills, your time planning, your sense for problem solving and prioritizing.
