Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our passionate team in Skellefteå or Västerås.
In joining us you will play an important part in our journey to building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Together with Northvolt you will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
You will be in charge of technical project management in the factory integration team and work as a bridge between process and construction.
The scope mainly covers
Single point of contact for technical requirements and engineering data
Responsible for production facilities and last-meter utilities throughout the project
Coordination with other disciplines as MEP, CSA, Material handling, factory automation, advanced engineering, IT, programs, blue print
Participate in requirement specification, design reviews and FATs for process equipment to ensure the factory integration

The role spans over the full project lifecycle from idea to operational hand-over.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Functional responsibility of integration of the process equipment into the building
Collect, refine and manage technical and operational requirements on process environment and utilities need
Coordination with other disciplines and departments to reach a integrated factory
Drive and participate in continuous improvement
Participate in design reviews and FAT of process equipment
Technical assessment of program changes.

Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/education/experience
Master of science in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering or equivalent
Extensive project leadership experience in demanding industrial environments
Experience from multi-cultural working environment
Experience of industrialization projects, clean and dry rooms, machine concepts
Pharmaceutical or automotive background
Profound technical expertise in production facilities and utilities
Excellent English written and oral skills

Specific skills
Autocad
Python and other automated ways of working is a plus
