Technical Project Manager

Overall objectives
Responsibility for assigned BtM and/or GC projects under construction at Alight
Assisting the Asset Manager in Operations
Development of the BtM and GC branch together with Senior Project Manager BtM and Senior Project Manager GC

Activities in role
Project management of BtM projects in Sweden and Europe
Supporting sales in the late phases of Alight’s sales processes
Create RFQ-documents for procurement of projects
Collect and evaluate quotes from EPC’s.
Procure an EPC for a certain BtM project
Manage the project from financial close to hand over to Asset Management
Project management of GC projects in Sweden
Supporting the Site Development with grid connection related and other close to ready-to-build tasks.
Create RFQ-documents for procurement of projects
Collect and evaluate quotes from EPC’s
Procure an EPC, and other suppliers if split contract project, for a certain GC project
Manage the project from financial close to hand over to Asset Management
Development of BtM and GC together with Head of’s and Vice President Operations
Asset Management work tasks, projects and development work in the Asset Management
