Technical Project Manager

Northvolt is looking for a Technical Project Manager.
The job scope includes:
· Project management
· Bottle-neck management
· Support other departments with continuous improvements
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Assist in optimizing workflow, quality, and output.
· Working closely together with project managers and HR, and facilitating processes and setting up necessary training sessions for teams.
· Proactive work towards continual improvements of processes, tools and routines.
· Actively engage with work climate and culture and be a role model for what it should be.
· Write and continuously update relevant documentation related to undertaken projects.
· Assist other department when they lack resources or knowledge
Qualifications/education/experience
· Previous technical and organizational experience. Candidates should have broad knowledge in IT and enjoy seeking the latest tools to develop.
· Educational background in IT or other relevant educational background. Experience from both IT management and operations is a plus.
· Can prepare presentations on data and projects.
