Technical Project Manager

Who we are and what we offer
We are already a strong core team of around 50 people, and we are accelerating further in Pro Robotics solutions. We are now looking for Technical Project Manager to our System & Test department.
You will be joining a team in the forefront of digital development with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. A team always aiming to shape great experiences for our customers through our products and digital solutions. This will be a journey where you will have the opportunity to make your own personal impact within the field.
In the role as technical project manager you are responsible for coordinating all R&D activities withing our solution, technology and/or product development projects. This includes all development work required to launch a specific product and solution including all necessary digital solutions together with service and production supporting tools. A large part of the work concerns coordination and integration planning between the different R&D disciplines where you actively coordinate this work together with the lead engineers from each discipline.
You are part of the projects management team and are the R&D interface relative all stakeholders such as industrial design, manufacturing, sourcing logistics, service & after sales, etc.


Who you are
In order for you to be successful in this position we see that you are target focused, structured with a collaborative mindset.
Other requirements are:
Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering with at least 5-10 years working experience.
Wide experience of product development with experience in two or more areas such as mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, software and digital solutions.
Practical experience of technical lead of team or within projects.
Fluent in English, both reading and writing.



Experience in the following areas is also a plus:
Manufacturing, production engineering, sourcing, logistics, service and/or after sales.
Autonomous systems or robotics
Certification and Functional Safety
