HemoCue R&D is strengthening and deepening its competencies.  We are looking for a

 

Technical Project Manager

to coordinate the system development for one of our medical device product development programs. You will be responsible for the day-day running of the technical part of the development project, accountable for its content, documentation and timeline on the subsystem and system level.  Depending of the type of project, you will lead a small team of engineers or scientists.  You will prepare and present materials in your own area for the Program Manager and R&D Management. You are expected to run daily management/visual management processes under the Danaher Business System for your activities.  We expect you to be a strong leader, an excellent communicator and an extremely process oriented person with a passion to encompass and deploy the Danaher Business System.  You must have a strong understanding of medical device and systems engineering. You will report to one of our R&D Program Managers. Your main communication language will be Swedish, and we expect good oral and
written skills in English. You will be placed in Ängelholm, Sweden.  The position of Process Development Program Manager is a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills in a dynamic and complex medical device company.

 

Qualifications
We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:

* MSc or the equivalent in a suitable field of engineering or science
* Experience from Medical Device industry, Project Management and Process Development
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
* IT knowledge necessary for managing project, financial and process data, reporting and communication
