Axis is now looking for a Technical Project Manager to our Chip Platforms IP team within the Research & Development department.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Technical Project Manager in the Chip Platform IP team you will manage the Chip Intellectual Property Project, developing the AXIS state-of-the-art imaging subsystem in close cooperation with the algorithm teams and the chip team. 

You will coordinate the module and subsystem design work as well as planning and follow-up of the deliveries to and from the other Technology teams.

You will also own, maintain and develop the ASIC module design methodology and make sure it supports the needs of the Chip project.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a driven leader who is passionate about both ASIC development and methodology and can create a stimulating and creative working environment.

Your educational background includes a master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other relevant area. We believe that you have experience of leading ASIC teams from specification to implementation as well as interest in ASIC methodology. You are an ambitious and initiative taking person who has got good leadership skills with the ability to motivate the people around you.

It is considered meritable if you have an agile toolbox such as experience in Scrum and Kanban.

We believe that you are an outgoing person with good communication skills in both English and Swedish. You are open minded and goal-oriented with an interest in building well-functional fast pace teams

CHIP IP DEVELOPMENT TEAM
As part of Axis’ Chip Platforms organization the IP development team is responsible for system design and hardware implementation of algorithms and other technology components provided by technology development organization. For some technology we use 3rd party IPs. The team is also responsible for ASIC design and verification methodology and modeling techniques.

We are at the leading edge of using SystemVerilog, VMM/UVM, HLS, TLM, and has a long history in ASIC and SOC development.
