Technical Project Manager - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the analysis, implementation, time-plan and delivery of a new system/structure for our sustainability initiative.
What you'll do:
● Gather requirements, document them, and convert into technical specifications and work packages.
● Interface with different teams to help implement this technical specification via custom in-house development or vendor solutions or a mix of these two.
● Find the data sources, understand their interfaces and figure out how they can be centrally collected for further processing.
● Work closely with the Digital Sustainability Lead, our architects, the central sustainability team, the teams at Digital such as both data analytics team, product teams, etc.
● develop a suggestion on a project plan to enhance features in phases after the MVP.
● Establish decision support and manage the initiative within agreed time and budget limits.
● Coordinate the work, within one or more delivery areas, following-up and status reporting according to the authority's guidelines.
● Understanding of the management of security requirements, accessibility requirements and requirements regarding usability and design for external services.
● Organizing and staffing the initiative in consultation with delivery managers, clients and staffing function.
Who you are:
● Possess MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar, along with 5-10 years of experience from being a IT Project Manager, solution architect, technical lead, digital lead or similar. (Preferably in automotive industry).
● Possess good leadership with ability to build trust while applying contingency approach.
● Good communication skills including presenting technology with the language of the business.
● Ability to collaborate, while displaying analytical abilities in order to see the big picture to understand the driving forces and needs in the business.
● Prior experience with DevOps projects, supplier procurement, agile working methods and running workshops.
● Experience of working with accessibility requirements, usability and design for external services while being structured.
