Technical Project Manager - Halmstad

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has experience in SharePoint M365 services and has experience of leading major web projects.

What you'll do:
● Updating and maintaining all production technologies, helping to ensure proper maintenance and installation is achieved.
● Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
● Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
● Be a part of planning sessions, team (Productivity team within the Collaboration & Productivity ART), and participate in daily stand-ups, etc.
● Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company.

● Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
● Have demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
● Fully proficient in authoring and communicating status updates and risk assessments for multiple projects or workstreams.
● Understands what makes an effective project process and can modify individual project team process to meet the needs at hand.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
