In this position you will lead technical projects brining good ideas all the way from the drawing board to our factories. If you are interested in working with new technical solutions, working cross functional in an international environment, this is the place for you to be!

Your Assignment:
Lead cross functional projects from project directive to final delivery.
Create project plan and anchor it with relevant stake holders
Plan, request and lead internal / external project resources.
Secure documentation of project results and lessons learned together with the team
Secure IPR and legal agreements
Meet and communicate with internal- and external stake holders.
Report project progress and deviations to project steering group or equivalent.
Is this your next challenge?
You will lead a team of 3-7 engineers, and in order to succeed in this role you need to have technical knowledge from engineering, as well as project management experience. You need to have good communicative skills, with ability to build internal and external networks. Experience within mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing engineering is highly valued.

The job is located in Älmhult, with good possibilities to commute from cities like Malmö, Helsingborg or Växjö. The assignment requires international travels at least 30 days per year.
