As a consultant with us, you work on behalf of our customers in Mälardalen. We currently have several exciting assignments with global production companies in the engineering industry.

Responsibilities
Your assignment may include but are not limited to:
Manage all aspects of several projects from inception until implementation to ensure successful completion.
Develop timelines and action plans to mitigate potential risks, including escalations to key stakeholder.
Influence teams to meet delivery milestones, while building positive relationships.
Participates in strategic planning as a member of the engineering and technology development effort.
Ensure all necessary stakeholders are involved or informed of projects, their timelines, and dependencies.
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
Work with delivery teams to understand release constraints and dependencies to ensure optimum use of resources for maximized value.
Responsible to deliver project in quality, in time and in budget


Qualifications
We belive that you have a strong interest in customer service and you always strive to find creative solutions and improvements within the projects you lead. You are service-minded with documented experience from project management. Your ability to work purposefully towards clear deadlines is highly regarded, as well as a good knowledge of lean management tools.

Your ability to deliver results and to enthuse and lead the various project participants is of great importance.

We are looking for a person with;
a Master's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Operations Engineering or equivalent experience.
very strong proactive communication skills; with the ability to interact effectively through concise and pertinent communications and knowing when and what to communicate.
proven ability to influence and convince through negotiation.
open mindedness about manufacturing, product development and industrialization.
a get-up-and-go attitude that is self-motivated to work in an autonomous environment and be accountable for work outputs, including schedule and budget, at the right quality level.
an active positive attitude and an ability to take the lead. 
excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus.


Experience
3 or more years of relevant work experience.
