About the position
The project management team is characterized by high flexibility and continuous improvement of the Swegon project model. Working with R&D, Production engineering, Product management and procurement teams you are involved in all parts of the project. The next generation of control system for Air Handling Units (AHU) includes supplier and HW platform selection, AHU integration as well as a software project for functionality and user interfaces. The high volume production always puts quality and manufacturability in focus.
The Technical Project Manager role will be operatively responsible to perform the pre-study, implement and roll out the control system, including its embedded software, in the AHU production. Planning, coordinating and leading the project team as well as taking part in concept and supplier evaluations.

Your profile
To flourish in this role, we believe that you are skilled in managing development projects including technology pre-studies. You have a great interest in being involved in the technology and have the ability to see logic and connections in complex information and environment.
In order to create and maintain an innovative working climate we believe you have great collaborative skills. You are agile and responsive in relation with others, you see opportunity in changes and finds new solutions to old problems. In addition, you build trusting relationships with different types of stakeholders, both internally and externally, by organizing and planning the work well.
