Speaking of possibilities, we are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us on our journey. If you have a couple of years of experience of leading software teams, and want to further develop these skills while working with trailblazing technology, then this job is for you.



Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager within software, you make sure that your team’s daily technical operations are running smoothly. This by setting goals, monitoring and evaluating staff progress, and assisting managers. Through the experience that you have within software development, you’re able to take and lead discussions within your tech domain.



Communication is the key to success in this role. By establishing strong working relationships with the customer and project teams, building companionship and alignment, you will be able to identify, meet and exceed the expectations.



Role and responsibilities

In this role, your main tasks will be to


Determine project requirements and develop work schedules

Delegate tasks and achieving goals that has been set up for the team and project

Identify risks and form contingency plans

Motivate the team members and create a transparent environment where ideas, questions and concerns can flow freely

Write progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders



Meanwhile, you’re supported Sigma Connectivity’s Engineering Manager and Account Project Manager, as you maintain ongoing dialogue around progress and challenges.



Basic Qualifications

Through your experience within your technical domain, you can lead technical discussions with the team, and with the customers. In order to achieve this, we believe you have


2+ years of experience within Project Management and/or leading software teams

The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

Good communication skills, including English

Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail

Basic understanding of the steps involved in bringing a product from concept to production

Open to work off-hours with customers in other time zones
