Description

The consultant will be part of the Clients' top priority program, with objectives to deliver on major changes ongoing. They are building a lot of new solutions in order to meet new/-changed requirements with foundation from the newest. The consultant will be part of the Non Functional Requirement & DevOps stream and will strengthen the the lead of the stream together with the current stream lead. The overall scope of the the stream is large with overall responsibility to secure NFR & drive/establish DevOps agenda for the new solutions set in place.

Mandatory competence and experience:
- 4-8 years of experience
- Experience from driving DevOps implementation
- Drive change in large organisation
- Communication skills, create enagagement and clarity in communication & plans on various levels/participants
- Stakeholder management
- Sharing & collaboration is part of your DNA
