Technical Project Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has experience in implementation project of a digital workplace, in the role of project manager, technical project manager or IT architect.

What you'll do:
● Updating and maintaining all production technologies, helping to ensure proper maintenance and installation is achieved.
● Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
● Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
● Be a part of planning sessions, team (Productivity team within the Collaboration & Productivity ART), and participate in daily stand-ups, etc.
● Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company.
Who you are:
● Experience, within the last 3 years of an implementation project of a digital workplace, in the role of project manager, technical project manager or IT architect.
● Works independently and goal-oriented with a great interest in creating sustainable and secure IT solutions.
● Fully proficient in authoring and communicating status updates and risk assessments for multiple projects or workstreams.
● Understands what makes an effective project process and can modify individual project team process to meet the needs at hand.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
