In the vibrant world of Integrated Connectivity, driving innovation requires exceptional talent and visionary leadership. Icomera, a leading name based in Gothenburg, is in search of a seasoned Technical Project Manager to navigate the intricate landscape of global telecoms.

Within our international team, you'll find yourself collaborating with experts, from engineers to controllers, each playing a pivotal role in steering the company's mission. Your primary role will involve managing a portfolio covering installation, configuration and commissioning of state-of-the-art hardware and software engagements with major European Train Operators and all major international Train builders, while maintaining project margin/budget, scope and schedule.

An ideal candidate would possess deep-rooted knowledge of the telecoms sector. Adept at budgetary oversight and expense management, you will also be responsible for presenting regular reports to our senior management. Your ability to foster a cohesive, motivated, and professional team environment will be essential in pushing our projects to fruition.
Sound business acumen, combined with a solid grasp of KPIs, will further solidify your standing within the organization. Your experience in guiding international teams—paired with a nuanced understanding of cross-cultural dynamics—will be paramount. Familiarity with methodologies like PMP and Prince 2, is highly regarded, however, it's your unwavering commitment and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment that we truly value.
Fluency in English and Swedish are essential, other languages will be advantageous. Our Gothenburg base offers a hybrid working environment, seamlessly blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The role might also require international travel, showcasing our truly global approach.
