Job description The Research & Development team researches and develops future trading technology and products.These products are state of the art and are constructed using modern technologies and development methods.The architecture is based on building blocks, object technology, .NET, C#/C++ and fully automated tests. In this position you will lead a sub project team, consisting of several smaller development teams.Each team is responsible for requirement, design, implementation and test of a building block.In total you will be responsible for 20-30 project members and 3-4 teams.The project should deliver for acceptance test within two years and will involve more than 100 project members. Responsibilities - Planning and follow-up of the teams within the sub project.- Gather and follow up on time estimates.- Cooperation with the other technical project managers and test leader.- Member of the project management team headed by the project manager.- Coaching of project members within your sub project. Qualifications - University degree.- 5 years experience of project management within large as well as small projects - Experience of formal processes and methodology for software product development.- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Swedish.- Excellent leadership skills.- Experience from projects within the exchange domain is considered an advantage.
