In the Technical Publications department, you will be a part of a small technical writing team that creates the source content for operating manuals, package inserts, packaging material, labels, quick reference guide and GUI for HemoCue products. The Technical Publications team is also managing different Technical Publications projects in order to improve and support the organization. You will be working both independently and collaboratively depending on task priorities. You will work with a broad interface of project teams for different product lines, including stakeholders from other departments. The position also includes planning together with the Technical Publication Manager to ensure that the company gets products to all markets efficiently and on time.
Place of work is onsite in Ängelholm or hybrid. A hybrid work location means that you live within a commutable distance from Ängelholm and split your working time between your remote location and onsite.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Write and maintain content for the English source version of all Instructions for Use and Labels
Gather information required to write and convert it into easy-to-read user instructions to meet customer needs
Coordination of translations of all Instructions for Use in accordance with source files and regulatory demands
Development and improvement of packaging material
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Documentation, Marketing or Engineering
Excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing are essential
Experience in writing, using the principles of minimalism
Experience of the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Photoshop
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
Excellent creative mindset mixed with a strong logic and understanding of design principles
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and turn projects around quickly
Experience with Framemaker or other XML authoring tool is a merit
Experience with Corel Draw and KeyShot is a merit
