As we continue to grow and strive for our vision to become the global standard treatment for joint pain, we are now hiring an in-house recruiter who will become a key player to support our global growth strategy.
About the role
As a Tech Recruiter, you will help us scale and continue to attract and find the best people for our current and upcoming job openings. This position will focus on roles within our Engineering and Product organisation, but you may also support other roles within our global organisation from time to time. As this position is the first of its kind and the first dedicated in-house recruiter position in the company, you really have a unique opportunity to impact not only this role but also our overall recruitment strategy moving forward.
As of now, most of our team members are located in Sweden, but we will expand to more international markets during 2022. This position will be based in Sweden, but as our team has a remote first approach, you will have the opportunity to work internationally.
In this position, you will:
Work closely with the Hiring Managers, Department Heads and People & Culture team to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and help them finding the best people out there for our jobs
Work hands-on candidate sourcing, ATS setup and job board posts to build up a strong candidate pipeline
Screening candidates and coordinate recruitment processes
Build and execute on creative strategies around sourcing and global talent attraction
Build out our recruitment and employer branding strategy
Be an advocate for and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy
Work with knowledge transfer of good recruiting practice; for example running ATS training and recruitment workshops for hiring managers and interviewers
Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high standard and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way
Find innovative ways to support our global growth strategy
Share your knowledge around the best recruitment practices and evaluate new platforms, tools and ways of working

Requirements
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Tech Recruiter or similar role
Proven track record of of sourcing engineering candidates through various digital channels
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various evaluation methods
You are comfortable with change as a constant and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
A genuine interest in exploring new tools and ways of working, to make sure our recruitment process holds the highest international standard and keeps up with a fast-changing world
You are passionate about diversity and inclusion
You have an inner drive to always find ways to improve the quality of your work
The ability to always put people and the candidate experience on the front line of everything that you do
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and in English
BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent
You are located in Sweden with a permanent work permit
