We are looking for a Technical Recruiter for our client within the automotive industry here in Gothenburg. You will be working as a consultant in a HR team out on customer site. We are looking for a real team player who is passionate about people and finding new talents for the hiring managers. Someone who enjoys developing, new ways of working and who wants to deliver excellent results.
Job description:
As a Technical Recruiter, you provide expertise in talent acquisition including candidate attraction globally, searches and selection. You will support hiring managers with their recruitment needs. You will search for candidates, interview and maintain a pool of talents for upcoming recruitments.
Experience required:
-Minimum 3 years work experience with Recruitment preferably technical roles in Engineering or IT
- Experience from a high paced global customer-oriented work environment.
-Stakeholder management
-A University degree within HR or Technical field
-Used to working using English daily
- It’s a plus if you have experience of using SHL assessment tools
And if you have worked in or for the automotive industry

-Interview technique
-Driven and engaged
-Technical skills or technical understanding
-Fluent in Swedish and English
-You can easily collaborate with others
