One of the key success factors of our business is our constant strive to get to know them better and help them develop their business. In order to make this job even better, we are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants while recruiting for same positions for permanent employment. The assignment is expected to be 3-6 months from start date, with good chances of getting an employment and are based in Stockholm Sweden.


About the job

Together with a team of recruiters, your main task will be to attract and hire experts to the internal organization. We are looking for Recruiters with solid experience of recruiting within the Technical Field.

The majority of your time will be spent working directly with the teams you are hiring for. It's about diving into details and complexity and understanding what the business is really about in order to truly partner with it.

The whole world is our candidate database and we love connecting with bright people with diverse backgrounds. It doesn't matter if you find candidates through referrals, applications or events. In the end it's about hiring the best people out there, and doing it efficiently.

To be successful in this role we would also like to see that you:

* Have at least 3 years of tech recruitment experience

* Have well rounded search skills with an ability to identify and attract key talent

* Are able to coach and support managers and stakeholders in important hiring decisions

* Like to improve processes and have the flexibility to find new ways of doing things

* Thrive in a changing environment

* Have a proven track record of closing diverse roles

Our work language is English (Swedish is not required).
