Technical recruiter with IT-experience

This is a fantastic new role supporting one of our prestigious clients on-site.We are looking for an experienced technical recruiter who has worked within the IT Sector.Responsibilities - Reports to KVMS Program Manager - Provides and support to hiring managers with vacancies for professional and technical positions - Provides day to day management of order, fulfilment and supplier management for professional and technical positions Education - Bachelor's degree in an IT technical or related business field Experience - Two - five years experience in IT technical staffing, IT sourcing, account/program management or other related service delivery discipline; seven plus years overall related experience Skills - Demonstrated experience in interface with multiple levels of customer manager, from Project Leader to Vice President - Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level with hiring managers to identify current and future jobs and skill requirements - Extensive knowledge of technical, engineering, and professional skill categories in an account management or technical recruiting capacity - Proven and demonstrated ability to review candidate profiles, screen to applicable technical nomenclature, and assess against both objective and subjective requirements - Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills - Professional demeanour - Knowledge of contracting and temporary staffing industry - Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Swedish Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted at this stage.If you meet these criteria then we want to hear from you!This is a permanent position, starting in February of 2008 with placement in Kista, Stockholm.Mark your application "IT-Recruit".Selection and interviews will be held continuously.
