About the job
In this position, you’re our technical anchor in the service, repairs and rebuilds offering. You provide technical expertise and support within the scope of service, repairs and rebuilds to both our frontline and backline organizations. You assist sales representatives, resellers and internal partners during the sales and development process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization’s products and services. Maintaining up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of relevant products and services is important in this role, as is collecting and communicating the needs of the customer to the organization. All in all, you’re our go-to-person and specialist in all matters regarding technical repairs and are always there to answer our questions and ensure improvement in the field.
Your responsibility includes:
Lead and support new product development and new tools that support our product portfolio
Track and follow-up on set KPIs of existing products to find and support with areas of improvement
Collect and give input to the services operation’s manager
Support training and competence development based on needs

This position is based at our Crushing & Screening headquarters in Svedala – a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities, such as Malmö, Lund and Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station. Some travel, both domestic and international, is included in the job.
Who you are?
We’re looking for someone with in-depth knowledge within the field. As welding repairs is a key to our business, we would like to see that you have experience from heavy industry, within certified welding processes and standards, combined with a relevant university degree or the equivalent experience gained from work. We also see that you have knowledge with machining, assembly and quality assurance processes and standards. Acting in a truly global organization calls for excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.

By using best practices and your knowledge of internal and external business issues you help improve both our products and services. You like to work closely with the daily operations and your problem-solving skills helps you solve complex difficulties and taking on a new perspective by using new and existing solutions. While at the same time you truly believe in teamwork and are always there to support your colleagues to grow and increase their capability to deliver.
