In this exciting role, you will be Technical Responsible (TA) for the complete and consistent package of processes, methods and related software solution for HMI development, Station Control Monitoring systems and IT&OT solutions in Upgrade Projects at HVDC Service. You will be part of a global team with a local footprint in Ludvika, Sweden.
You will have the opportunity for personal and professional development in a growing part of our business and have great exposure to the latest technology and industry trends into Grid Integration. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior engineers and developers and have a close relationship to a senior mentor, assigned to you, specific for this role.

Your responsibilities
Consolidate and represent the needs of our organization in company solution definition terms.
Define and track deployment of our solutions towards Service upgrade projects and tenders.
Review of conceptual design, overall technical solutions and implementations of the HMI and Station Control Monitoring system.
Support in material selections for the standard concept.
Co-ordinate the refinement of standard concepts and update our processes and methods.
Provide training for new engineers and share your own knowledge within the team and the Service organization.
Keep track of technical issues, new releases and any relevant information and share it between projects and engineers.
Key in this role is your collaboration skills working in overall tender and project teams and together with our customers and partners.

Your background
Multi-annual professional experience in Station Control Monitoring systems and IT&OT solutions.
You have experience in Hitachi Energy’s product portfolio.
Experience in both engineering and commissioning activities in previous role.
You have a strong interest in technology and willingness to share your knowledge.
Strong communication skills in English, competency in Swedish is also favorable.
It is beneficial if you are a person who can imagine creating a future in a smaller city.
