The Qualification Services team are responsible for providing high quality Commissioning & Qualification documentation for customers of Cytiva Hardware, Software, and facility scale projects, delivering over 8000 Commissioning and qualification binders yearly to support our customers qualification activities. The qualification services team has been growing rapidly over the past 10 years and is now a crucial element of the Cytiva portfolio and are closely involved in many strategic projects working with every Cytiva manufacturing group around the globe.
What you’ll do
Lead the technical review planning within the QS operations team
Technically review and approve master templates in document handling system as part of NPI projects and continuous improvements
Work cross functionally within the team to maintain quality in a growing business
Create SOPs as needed covering internal technical review processes
Support the broader Qualification Services team in customer facing projects
Support technical review of C&Q customer binders across the QS portfolio including working with QS Change Control Board to feedback errors caught in review process
Support the QS team as needed with production of C&Q binders



Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related area with relevant work experience.
Works in a systematical and structured way.
Experience of working in a global environment.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Experienced user of Microsoft Office products
Team player who works well in a team environment
