AB Sandvik Materials Technology is looking for someone to work with Technical Sales Surface Technology produce decorative color and metal coated strip.The Product unit is new for this year and is in a period of expansion where growth and the introduction of new products will lead to a strengthening of the product mix.The metallic coated strips are used in a vast number of applications within the electronic segment and the color coated strip is used in various consumer goods within the design segment. We have two Global Product Managers i.e.one per segment and now we need to reinforce in the technical support.The position will be located in Europe. Key performance areas The work requires you to be a link between the Global Product Managers, Technical marketing, customers, sales representatives and Product unit in Sandviken, Sweden.The work requires extensive use of English and a good understanding within commercial and technical issues. Main tasks are: - Support sales with technical issues.- Support customers in technical and production issues. Your profile - Master of Engineer or similar.- Experience of marketing, technical marketing and business development.- Experience of material technology and/or industrial economics - Experience from production, metal forming and/or tool manufacturing - Good knowledge of English both verbal and written is a prerequisite.German, French or any other language is advantageous. As a person you are target orientated, self-motivated, enterprising, active with the capability of seeing a comprehensive overall view.You are also flexible and able to think of different solutions depending on the task.You are also good at building relationships both with internal and external contacts which you will need in your work.
