We are now hiring a Technical Sales Engineer to our Energy & Facilities division in Sweden, preferably Norrköping or Stockholm.
What you do
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you are responsible for sales efforts at a practical and operational level. Running sales demos and presentations with the Sales Manager responsible for showing the solution and summarizing the benefits of the product. You should be adept at navigating presentations to identify and excite decision makers, detractors, and champions.
Furthermore, you will provide product (hardware and software) and service technical and engineering information to sales team by answering questions and requests. Stay updated on industry standards and technical service knowledge and teach the sales team about new product features during product demonstrations. You will organize product feedback and customer needs to communicate back to the product management team

You are a team player that can understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact. It is natural for you take own initiatives in a start-up environment and you can own such initiatives from planning through to execution. It is important that you can build trust and present a solution that adds real value to customers. You are hungry to learn and adapt as the market evolves
Your skills
It is essential that you have several years of product solving and pre-sales experience, selling to customers’ needs and requirement analysis. Also, a broad set of product knowledge of both hardware, software, systems, and solution requirements including development of such products. You have good communication skills, excellent computer skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. English is mandatory, you speak and write English fluently. Fluent in German or French is an advantage.
