Technical Sales Manager EMEA, Customization Technologies

Höganäs is seeking a motivated, results driven and technically savvy person to join a diverse global team that is building our rapidly growing Customization Technologies product area.  Working in advanced manufacturing technology fields of additive manufacturing, metal injection molding and hot isostatic pressing, you will engage with some of the most innovative companies in the world in a fast faced pace environment with very high visibility within the organization. 
About the position 
The Technical Sales Manager EMEA will have sales responsibility for selected and new accounts in the EMEA market, for Additive Manufacturing materials as main focus and also for Metal Injection Molding and Hot Isostatic Pressing materials. You will also act as Key Account Manager for selected OEM accounts. 

 You will be responsible for sales development coordination of customer specific projects, including application engineering and technical support. You will work to achieve defined sales and profit targets, while operating within established policy guidelines.

This is a European position, preferably located in Sweden or Germany, though other countries within EMEA may be applicable too depending on the candidate’s location. Home office might be an option.

Frequent domestic and international travelling required, approximately 50% of working days days per year. 

Your profile
This position requires a university degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or Metallurgy, or other technical disciplines. We are looking for you that have minimum three years experience in technical sales of materials, preferably metal powders for additive manufacturing or other relevant industries. You are forward looking with a strategical mindset and you show passion, perseverance and engagement towards long-term success.

You are fluent in English, and preferably also in German, and written as well as verbal communication skills are a must. Experience working in international business to business sales roles are meriting.
